Since it'll be 2017 in a few hours, I thought why not enter the new year with a new shoe idea. I saw the Manolo Blahnik big bowed shoes some time ago, looked up the price and forgot about it. Lol. They cost $985! And I don't have that kind of money for a shoe right now. Then, I stumbled upon them again recently on Instagram and I felt it was about time I made myself one! And really you don't have to trade your lung or kidney to look fab.

Long story short, you can save all that money (that's if you have it) and make yourself a similar shoe with less than $30. Major steal! And don't worry you won't ruin your pumps, the bows can be DETACHABLE!

You need - Pumps
- Silk material
- A pair of scissors
- Glue and some tape

*Cut your fabric into 4 pieces as shown

* Iron the fabric to get a flat look and fold in the ends for an even better look

* Fold the individual strips as shown in the pictures and iron to keep them in place.
* Put them together to make a bow using glue.

* Tape or glue the bow unto the shoe and there you have it!
Finally, throw your shoes on and turn some heads!

A big thank you to everyone who has made my first month amazing. The comments and the shares. I'm very grateful. Let's do it again next year!
